His tomb was found among the Al-Ashraf Cemeteries on the western mainland in Luxor, and the meaning of the name Rakh Mai Ra (The Knower is like Ra)
He was a minister during the reign of Thutmose III and Amenhotep the Second took over the ministry to succeed his father and during the reign of King Thutmose the Third, who was known to have devoted himself to foreign wars and victories and left the country’s internal responsibilities to his secretary-minister, and the place of his trust is the minister (Rakhmi Ra)
During his time, he held the affairs of the Ministry of Upper Egypt. He continued in his position for a short period during Amenhotep the Second, as he was one of the only ministers who held this position in the family era.
Rakhami Ra has obtained many titles (the hereditary prince/bearer of the ring of the Wajh al-Bahari / the greatest judge/supervisor of official clothes/subordinate to the king of Lower Egypt / Ain al-Malik / permission of the king)
Among the tasks entrusted to him are (the mayor of Taiba / the minister / the minister of the southern city / the supervisor of the gold and silver houses / the trustworthy superintendent / the director of Amoun’s business in Karnak). This indicates that he was handling many tasks and burdens.

Rakhmi Ra, while he was in the service of King Thutmose III, built his tomb in the cemetery of Sheikh Abd al-Qurna, where his tomb is one of the most luxurious and largest tombs, and its walls preserved its entire history. Many industries were recorded in the murals, such as the foundation, glass, statues, building gardens, and much of life in our great Egypt. That cemetery is a living record of those stages and industries.
