The stars gates of crossing into the world of the isthmus
From the cemetery (Erie-Nefer) on the western mainland in Luxor
This beautiful, inspiring inscription depicting the star world or the world of the isthmus was chosen by the American writer “Jane Sellers” as the cover of her wonderful book “The Death of Gods in Ancient Egypt.”
Writer Jane Sellers presents an astronomical interpretation of ancient Egyptian mythology, especially the story of Isis and Osiris in her book. She says that Osiris was nothing but a group of Orion.
And when the legend described Osiris as “drowning,” it was nothing but a reference to the movement of Orion’s group in the dome of the sky to cross the arm of the Milky Way Galaxy (Orion’s arm) that bisects the dome of the sky in two halves. It described him as dead (moved to the west). Star Orion from the eastern mainland to the western mainland of the arm of the galaxy, which is very similar to the course of the Nile and is called in the astronomy literature “the heavenly river.”
And the legend of Isis and Osiris tells that the number of the six plotters to kill Osiris was “72” a conspirator, so if we look at astronomy, we find that every celestial body moves from its place in the dome of the sky by a degree every “72 days”… The number is 72 in Astronomy is the enemy of stability in the dome of the sky and is responsible for moving celestial bodies one degree after another until their position changes dramatically after long periods of time, and this is what happened with the Orion group that moved to the other side of the galactic arm, which is what the ancient Egyptian described in The myth of the death of Osiris.
And this inscription is a depiction of the transit gates in the star world, and we note that their number is five.
The number five was associated with the ancient Egyptians with the other world, so the stars that adorn the roofs of tombs were always five-pointed.
And in the science of astrology, the twelve constellations of the Zodiac are divided into 7 signs symbolizing the kingdom of the sun, “Ra”, and they are (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra). There are five constellations symbolizing the kingdom of death… The Kingdom of Ozir They are (Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces). These five constellations are the constellations in which the sun dies and turns from Ra to Osir; that is, the night lengthens at the expense of the day, and the darkness absorbs the light.
