The sacrifice in ancient Egypt
The ancient Egyptians used to sacrifice during religious feasts and holidays, and they used to offer cows, sheep, and goats at temples to give these offerings and spread among the poor.
The ancient Egyptian were slaughtered in two ways.
First: Slaughtering from the neck (halal slaughtering, which we do)
The second: slaughtering from the thigh by cutting the vein
W found scenes of slaughtering on the walls of tombs and coffins, such as the coffin of Achaia and the tomb of Market Ra. Lots of cooking recipes for meat.
It was also believed that offering to the poor brings back blessings to those who offer them charity.
Goodness and religiosity is a divine instinct were the main characteristics of the ancient Egyptians had it as blessings from our Lord. Up till now, Egypt is still practising these ritual sacrifices and giving them to the poor with love and integrity.
