The temple joins the series of temples of Ramses II in Nubia, similar to drawings and inscriptions such as the governor’s house, where he imagined the wars of Ramses II against the Nubians and his attacks on them. Still, the Temple differs from the division of the inside of the Temple of the House of the governor, Square pillars, and engraved on the walls of the hall manifestations of wars against the Nubians, followed by the Second Pillar Hall, which consists of 6 square columns, inscribed with religious inscriptions on the walls, as sacrificial rites, and various drawings of more than an idol. The temple was dedicated to the cult of Amon Ra, the united Amun with the Sun god Ra, and Ra Rao Akti, a union of Ra with Horus, which represents the Lord’s journey to the sun from the east to the west, as the ancient Egyptians believed.

The temple works daily from 8 am to 4 pm for a visit.
