There is no barber
An educational allegory
He went to a barber in western countries to shave his head and trim his beard.
And as soon as the barber started his work, he started talking to him about many things. . .
That began to talk about the existence of God . . .
The barber said: “I do not believe in the existence of God.”
The customer said: “Why do you say that?”
The barber said: As soon as you go down to the street, you will realize that God does not exist. Tell me, if God exists, will you see sick people? And if God exists, will you see these large numbers of homeless children? Of course, if God exists, you will not see such pain and suffering. I cannot imagine how that merciful God would allow such things.
The customer thought for a moment but did not respond to the barber’s words so that the discussion would not rage, and after the barber finished his work with
The customer, the customer, went out into the street.
So he saw a man with long head hair like a loofah, long beard, filthy looking, dishevelled, dusty, so the customer immediately went back to the barbershop and said to the barber: “Do you know that there is no barber on the face of the earth!
The barber exclaimed, “How do you say that? I’m here, and I’ve shaved you now!”
The customer said: If there were two barbers, I would not have found such a man.
The barber said: Indeed, there are barbers. . Rather, what you see happens when these people do not come to me to shave them.
Then the customer said: And this is exactly concerning God. God exists, but that happens when people do not go to Him when they need. Therefore you see the pain and suffering in the world.
Remember:
Einstein said: If you can’t explain it, you don’t understand it enough.
When you change your view of things around you, everything around you has changed.
