The Aromatherapy in ancient Egypt
One of the methods of unconventional medicine for the ancient Egyptians.
The ancient Egyptians used essential oils for more than one purpose and not only for perfume and adornment. This matter goes back to one of the sacred beings called (Nefertum), the god of healing and beauty in ancient Egyptian mythology, Nefertum (whose name was associated with the creation of the universe in the ninth of Heliopolis) was It appears in the form of a man carrying a lotus flower on his head. It is said that it is an open flower (this was evidence of the ancient use of flowers in perfumes).
One of the perfume uses is that temples and priests were perfumed with incense and luxurious perfumes extracted from flowers with smart smells.  The purpose of perfumes was to elevate the spirit and the body and move the energy centres in the human body.
