Part of the roof of the temple of Dendera
Temple of Hathor (and its name means Beit Hor)

Its concept was associated in ancient Egypt with the Milky Way galaxy and the rhythm of its orbits.
The Egyptian artist photographed the decade on the ceiling of the Dendera temple. Decans are groups of stars, each group of which appears on the horizon of the sky for 10 nights, and these decans were used to set the calendar in ancient Egypt. And the number of decans is 36 groups x 10 days = 360 days, in addition to the 5 days that complement the year, known as the days of Thoth, for a total of 365 days in the year.
And each boat carries a person on his head a crown in the form that we see before us, representing a group of stars from those decans.
There are 36 groups on the roof of the Dendera temple.
The ancient Egyptian artist used the symbol of the boat to depict the movement of celestial bodies and their swimming in the space of the universe.
The boat in ancient Egypt was the means of human transportation on the land of Egypt over the Nile. It was also the means of transmission of celestial bodies in space and the transmission of divine beings in the other world. The most famous of these boats is the “Ra” boat. A boat of millions of years that is, eternity.
