Horemheb, the king who has been forgotten
The fact that many other great people emerged from Egypt and accomplished even more means we cannot label him as the country’s greatest leader.
That Horemheb was an integral part of Egyptian civilization is an understatement. He was a true son of Egypt and remained faithful to her until his death, and his arrival coincided with a pivotal time in Egyptian history.
Despite his dissatisfaction with the Atonian era, he remained a devoted Egyptian monarch.
The Pharaoh Tutankhamun was never hostile toward the king.
Instead, he was a leader in the Egyptian army and a loyal servant to the queen and country.
Then Tutankhamun sacrificed himself to remove his minister, paving the way for Horemheb to return, rebalance his power, and end the coup.
Protecting the nation’s peace and safety requires enforcing strict anti-corruption legislation.
He made Egypt safe and stable again.
And what’s even more incredible
Not one of his sons was given the crown upon his death.
As evidence that he is not interested in amassing power for personal gain,
And he named Seti I his ruler and eventual successor, king.
So that we can catch up to the Ramessa period
I have a deep, abiding love for Egypt.
Hoor Moheb is a genuine Egyptian made entirely of the country’s mineral resources.
